    Pros

Great benefits if you work there long enough. If you manage to last they do seem to take care of employees. There's also cache in being able to say you work for Disney, and there are always perks when it comes to visiting the theme parks or any of the other entertainment attractions they host. Working on the lot in Burbank also has many perks, They do feed their employees very well and the studio is very centrally located. parking is covered and the studio grounds are always well kept.Once thing you can say about Disney is that the studio is run like a well oiled machine. At least from the outside.

    Cons

The pay is not very competitive with most of the other entertainment studios in the city of Los Angeles. Additionally, they have a firm take it or leave attitude so there aren't a lot of options if you're not happy with their salary offers. Especially in these troubled economics hard times, when it comes to Disney there's no negotiations. They make an offer and you either accept or move along. Also, employees are often treated like cattle. You either fall in line or you're reprimanded for not falling in step with your associates. There's also a feeling of working in a prison when you're there, too.

    Advice to Management

    Encourage more growth opportunities.
