Pros

Working for Disney was overall an acceptable experience. A large corporation has the financial backing for job security. A good work life balance.

Cons

Such a large corporation it is easy to get lost in the shuffle. Sometimes it feels like upper, upper management is really not looking out for anyone else but themselves.

Advice to Management

Have more flexibility in work schedules. Understand that employees need vacation time and do not make them feel like they are asking for something unreasonable.
