    DistantJob is like my second family. The team is very supportive, diverse and hands on. The work is flexible and gives a great work-life balance.

    Proficient communication with HR team. Payment is good for a remote job, specially if you're living in Latin America and work for a US client.

    Not many vacation days not bonuses.
