    Good salary, company has an awesome culture and they ask for feedback from time to time so they know how well you are going on the final client.

    Cons

    Nothing to say against them. Final client also provides a good company culture, it's good to work there.

    Proficient communication with HR team. Payment is good for a remote job, specially if you're living in Latin America and work for a US client.

    Not many vacation days not bonuses.
