    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at District of Columbia Bar full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Great benefits (Health Care, Dental, Vacation, and 401K). Co workers were great. Good home work life balance. During summer months office closes at 2 on Fridays.

    Cons

CEO hired CIO consultant who doesn’t know technology( Thinks it’s 1995). She is rude and offensive. The CEO also hired his know associates from the DC Gov for upper management positions who never worked in non profit and don’t understand the org goals. The CIO Has hired tons of IT consults with sketchy backgrounds. CEO doesn’t know how to run a organization.

    Advice to Management

Replace the new management with folks who knows how to run a organization.
