    Flexible work schedule Management is laid back Health insurance is pretty good The 45 hr/week minimum was removed 2 weeks of vacation and 1 week of PTO

    Low salary Possibly no bonus (was told the bonus makes up for the low salary) Limited training Some projects don’t have a very good structure

    Train new employees. On a big project, break up the tasks a little better. Consider letting designers do the designing and layouts, and let the engineers focus on engineering related tasks. If you want to keep good employees, pay them a salary that makes them want to stay. The reason people leave is for more money. Don’t be scared to hire engineers with more experience.
