Pros

None. Seriously, don't work here.

Cons

Management has no idea what they're doing across the board. Two manager specifically target employees and leadership protects them. If someone tries to being a concern to leadership, they say it's not their job to deal with. The Lincoln campus will probably close in the next few years, they're already hemorrhaging money and closing building.

Pros

I taught at Doane University for seventeen years. It's a very good school with great professors and many programs from which to choose. Nebraska is an awesome state, and Lincoln is my favorite city in America (I've lived all over the United States, too). If you're looking for a personalized education where you'll get lots of attention from your professors - and if you'd like a peaceful setting in which to pursue your studies - then I'd highly consider Doane University as you contemplate where you'd like to pursue your higher education. Grade: A

Cons

Students from out-of-state may sense a lack of culture in Nebraska. But this isn't true. There is culture everywhere, especially in Lincoln and Omaha. You may have to drive a little bit to reach these cultural hubs, especially if you live on the main campus in Crete, but Nebraska is a beautiful state, so the drive is definitely worth it. Lots to see and do in Nebraska. It gets cold, so wear a jacket :-)
