Pros

The pros are, it's a very small place for the industry it's a part of. All around pretty friendly and easy to become familiar with people. Company parties, monthly catered lunch. Decent management (they are not rude by any means, and actually treat you like a human being.)

Cons

The cons are, since it's a small company in a big industry, you feel over worked and underpaid. Their starting rates are hardly better than an hourly job, they do have reviews, but actually getting time to do one is a whole other story. From the time you clock in to when you clock out it feels like a constant state of busyness, only to be compensated for about 1/3 or 1/2 of the people in the industry.

Pros

- Good compensation for those who earn it and ask for it. - Open and responsive to employee feedback and suggestions about processes and policies - Talented coworkers. Small company means not a lot of dead weight. - Free lunches every month, holiday parties, holiday gift exchange, chili cook off, pot lucks, etc. - Gym, exercise program - EOM/EOY recognition programs, peer recognition program - Little to no mandatory overtime for most positions - No micromanagement, freedom to adopt appropriate tools for the job - Exciting technology built and supported with state-of-the-art tools - Not a lot of office politics, owed mostly to a very short management hierarchy. Most workers report to a manager who reports to the CEO. - Very generous annual bonuses - CEO is very down to earth and accessible to all employees. - Management seems very aware of areas that they can improve and are taking real steps to do so

Cons

- Understaffed in some departments. Can be stressful. - Little room for position advancement. This is often made up for in salary/raises. - Low flexibility with work schedule. (Currently working to improve) - Vacation time accrual starts off strong but is a bit slow after the first couple of years.
