I worked at Dollar General full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Experience with planograms, nice people, pretty good training, some nice products, really can not think of anymore pluses to working here.

    Cons

do not care about the maintenance of stores, lots of hours,no control of shipments, benefits after 6 months,no holidays, no sick days.

    Advice to Management

It would save money if you could lower your turnover rate. Managers should not have to be there 6 days a week. Give them benefits and they will stay.
