    Horrible.

    Pros

I'd have to say the only benefit is the pay... which is a stretch.

    Cons

DM and higher seems to be okay. However, Store Managers are all very cruel and demeaning. I worked for three different locations and every single one of them was hateful. Work/life balance is the worst. Management shoves everything off onto AMs, Shifts, and cashiers. Open door policy is non-existent

    Pros

Easy work task Employees create a friendly environment Lots of learning experiences opportunity for advancements good benefits quarterly bonuses

    Cons

no help from other stores with out having to really push for it no help or guidance from district mangers (some but not all) Having to put on a show when hire ups come to your area or store revolving door of lower end employees come and go quickly trucks never on scheduled dates they are suppose to come working on a 7 day workflow to the companies expectations but not being able to align to it since trucks are never on time thrown tasks after task with last minute wants from the regional and district manager that have you stop all other task to have done by 9 am deadlines No conciseness on S.O.P as they are always updating them. Performance metrics for customer 1st bases standards in unrealistic values ( this wasn't always this way only since Covid ) No work to life balance - when some one calls out your expected to work open to close your self at the drop of a dime Pay rates are based on area living and not on over all job duties
