Overall the company is good. They really seem to care about their employees. The employee assistance foundation is amazing. Management really tries their best to provide a good work/life balance. And they're happy to throw food at you whenever they feel like they may have inconvenienced you.

Cons

Loaders are treated like the bottom of the barrel. They're the only ones in the building that have to do everyone else's job in order to do their own, yet they get the lowest pay rate on the floor. Managers are too concerned with being everyone's friend to hold ANYONE accountable for anything. When you go to them with an issue about a picker not bringing things to the right door, they usually respond with "sometimes it's just easier to do it yourself". They claim to have a no tolerance bullying and harassment policy, yet they pick and choose when they're going to enforce it. The favoritism is absolutely ridiculous. If you're not a "yes man" you will not advance within the company. They promote unqualified people to positions they have no business being in. Management needs a complete overhaul.
