I have been working at Dollar Tree full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Decent salary, overall good company, work is challenging and very fast paced.

    Cons

Upper managment does not listen when you are telling thmthat you are not getting what you need out of training. Leave you haning once placed in a store with little to no communication or support. SPEH goalas are challening and cause store to be in a state of constant dishevelment. Policy is loose, and leaves to much room for interpration by DM and SM. So when your trained by one Ditrict and get placed in an other all the rules are different, leaving you feeling lost and confused again with NO support!

    Advice to Management

Listen with both ears to what your Managers are saying. Review base scheduling. Work can;t be done if you have no staff to do it. Better expose trainees to full demands of freight movment. If you have a Manager who trains and most of the Managers thst get placed quit, look to see why nad make changes to who is doing the training.
