    Pros

Internal growth if desired by employee

    Cons

Salary pay not worth the hours and degree of work preformed within company. Upper management can be harsh more often than not.

I have been working at Dollar Tree full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Job to pay the bills

    Cons

low pay for too much work. Always sending e-mails over nothing-changing direction just because the wind blew. No modern technology in place. Still in the stone age-- no fax, copied, can't type on documents which would be easier to fill out. No word processing system.

    Advice to Management

The VPS at Dollar Tree need to take over a store for a week and see what we do and see that it's a lot of work for 2 people per shift. Stores need more hours and quality people. Paying minimum wage, you get what you pay for. You want us to try and retain people we have nothing we can offer them to stay; another position that give them a few cents more.
