Pros
It's a job they will hire almost anyone. Shifts are normally no more than 5 hours. If you break a box of stock you don't have to pay for it. They do promote from within. It's not a bad second job if you only need a little extra money and no benefits.
Cons
They only offer part-time work no matter what they promise at the interview. They always try to start people at state minimum wage unless hired for management and even they only get a dollar or 2 more. They don't offer benefits unless your full-time or manager ( which again they only hire part-time). You will work ! there is an extreme minimal staff at all times. Everyone must do stock even if your hired for a cashier position. Staff comes and goes quickly and you can't get a set schedule. Some stock is extremely heavy ! As an employee they do not offer any discounts. Most of their theft detection is focused on employees !!! and not on the customers.
