    Pros

Relaxed atmosphere. Flexible schedule. Probably the best thing I can say about it is that we have air conditioning, so that helps in the summer.

    Cons

Awful, awful, awful (did I say awful?) benefits. No chance for growth, Raises, which were just reinstated in 2011 after being frozen for 3 years, are 2% at most for the people actually doing the work. All through the freeze we were constantly being sent emails announcing the promotions and raises of Senior Management. Management in general has a tin ear when it comes to those that work for them. There is a lot of talk, not much action. Employees that literally do nothing all day are allowed to keep their jobs, while the few that actually work are not appreciated at all.

    Advice to Management

Fire yourselves (all top management) and bring in a new management team that doesn't hate their employees. Barring that, stop hating your employees and realize we're the ones that earn you your gold.
