I worked at Domino's full-time (More than 10 years)

Pros

You can start as a part time employee and work your way up into management, or even own a franchise of Domino's Pizza. Delivery drivers make good money and you are on the road with no real supervision over your shoulder and listening to your choice of radio station

Cons

Depending on the franchisee, changes the quality of the experience. The company is so results driven that cheating the results happens on a regular basis, and sometimes your location makes it difficult to change the results and okay employees get recognition and good ones might get overlooked as not being very good.

Advice to Management

Look deeper than the numbers ran to decide if you have a quality employee.

I worked at Domino's as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Managers are great communicators and always available to help. Upper Managements are easily accessible and seems to care about employee's opinions. Employees are very friendly and professional with one another.

    Cons

Not enough employees to handle all the operation issues. Like any big/fast growing company, staffing level is lower than where it should be.

    Advice to Management

Increasing staff level at corporate to accommodate growth

    Pros

The first one i worked for in Murray, Ky. Awesome.

    Cons

The company has a lot of independently owned franchises. Depending who own your store depends on how it is ran. The first i worked for was amazing. The second wasn't even considerably ok.
