    Pros

Good pay from tips, cancelled or extra orders become snacks for the store employees, simple prep in the mornings, dishes aren't bad as there is not a large variety of dishes.

    Cons

Again, managers play a big roll as they choose how the restaurant is ran, some customers can be jerks but they only win if you cause a scene, it was robbed one time while i worked there and the manager got pistol whipped behind the store where there was not a single camera (had to get footage from the gas station across the street, had a manager for a period of time who just pocketed my cash from tips and cash orders and would "forget" that they had, you have to help with the oven when you're not driving which in my opinion isn't bad at all but if you don't want to do anything but drive I'd suggest papa johns, get paid as a server on-the-road so $7.25 hourly in store and the time i went on delivery was recorded as $4 hourly + tips so depending on the day/shift you may walk out with a loss of $ due to gas.
