Pros

I was able to fulfill all of my duties with ease and was given the freedom to shine and show my strengths while on this job. I worked so efficiently that I was given Employee of the Quarter soon after my arrival and was often told I'd completed all the work the company needed due to seeking out management for additional task to keep myself busy and effective while I was working.

Cons

The fellow employees only did the bare minimum often on cell phones, engaging in harassment of staff and management. I would have had a better experience here if the employees who refused to work outside of bare minimum had been removed in favor of the few hard workers being given additional hours. Besides the employees this job was perfect.
