Unfortunately going down hill

- Real PTO (not "Unlimited" like other companies) - Really good medical premiums - 401k match - For the most part, team members are good to work with - Dev leadership is probably the most competent in the entire company - Good work life balance while working remotely, this could change if we're all forced to work in the office again
Cons
- Extremely high turnover at the exec and management level is scaring investors - There have always been way too many execs and management making way too much money, they should only get huge stock grants if the company actually achieves their goals - Employees get bonuses cut, while execs are making millions off of our hard work - Execs are getting very old towards the end of their careers and many should probably just retire because they don't care about the long term future of the company - Stock has tanked due to poor executive leadership - Working in a lot of legacy code gets old - Most of the top talent has already left the company at this point - Founder CEO has come back and wants everyone back to the office in spite of it being a more expensive for the company, while aggressively cutting costs in other areas - CEO has a history of over-spending and being irresponsible with company funds - Workspaces in the office consist of 4 foot wide desks stacked next to each other with no partitions, while execs have huge private offices - Product management that micro-manages developers - ESPP is capped at purchasing 300 shares and the stock is $10/share. It's hardly a benefit at this point. - No help at all for employees trying to advance in the company
