Pros

- The healthiest work-life balance. It's a fast-paced environment like any startup but with a strong understanding that people have lives outside of work, and leadership genuinely respects that. - Your work has a real, tangible impact. Focusing on outcomes, not output is part of the core values. Your work contributes to solving meaningful problems instead of just crossing tasks off a list. - High level of autonomy and trust, which makes me feel empowered to make decisions and own my work. I’ve never felt micromanaged, but help is always there when I need it. - Everyone is accessible and easy to talk to, regardless of title, from peers to leadership. There’s a true sense of collaboration and openness across the board. - People genuinely care and want to help others - Great benefits that make you feel valued as a person, not just an employee. And that's combined with a lot of effort into ensuring working remote isn't isolating. - The product itself is exciting and meaningful, playing a crucial role in helping keep data safe. It feels incredible to work on something that’s not just innovative but also making a positive difference. - There’s so much market opportunity, and it’s awesome to be part of a team that’s well-positioned to capitalize on it. The growth potential is huge, and it feels like we’re just getting started.

Cons

Honestly, it’s hard to come up with anything substantial. Like any series A startup, things can move quickly, and priorities can shift. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, you’ll love it here.

Pros

People are nice and committed

Cons

Leadership upheaval, losing the former CEO, Head of Sales, and Head of Engineering. That said, they chose the former Head of Marketing to be the new CEO and that was a strong choice.
