Dow, if hired in, has the promise to be a great employer with amazing benefits, pay, work-life-balance, and drive to deliver you to whatever career goal you may have.
Cons
It seems as though rewards/recognition, if you ever receive any, is mostly based upon perception of what you do, rather than the actual results of what you do. Someone can sit back and act like they are busy and get a lot of results if they talk about it enough and still get ahead. Meanwhile, someone that gets a lot done but may not feel the need to run around always speaking about it will get left in the dark or tossed to the curb. They are a big company and will not care to throw you out for someone new, meaning that they don't care if you are loyal to the company. Seems as though that it's the ones that do the least that are throwing the ones that do more out, possibly so they don't look as bad.
