Pros
The location of the internship is exciting and barcelona is always fun to be and everyone's being young in the company makes socialization easier for the new interns
Cons
There is no orientation program and the new interns are clueless about what to do. You are supposed to pay a fee for the "software" ans trainings which I never had chance to see. The work interns are doing is so repetitive, and i believe it is not going to be very useful for people who expect to learn something and work in a dynamic organization.
