Pros

They are flexible and allow you to attend school.
They allow time off when necessary, which is great for those with children.

Cons

Very little opportunities for growth.
The pay is fairly low and increases are about as common as a blue moon.
The people form cliques and are immature.
The buildings are in bad neighborhoods.

Advice to Management

Pay people proper wages. Your salaries aren't the only important ones and just becuase people don't work at corporate doesn't make them unimportant. Us intake workers need more money.

    Pros

    Great co-workers, Great population to work with, challenging work.

    Cons

    Poor management/supervision. High turn-over rates.No room for growth. Overwork and under payed. Clinical staff is unappreciated. Focused highly on productivity numbers instead of quality of therapeutic services and growth of clinical staff.

    Advice to Management

    More effort to retain clinical staff and boosting moral. Focus more on quality of services instead of quantity.
