Approves of CEO

I have been working at Drexel University as a contractor (More than 3 years)

Pros

Drexel believes not just in the accumulation of knowledge but transferring skills and real world practical experience to create a well-rounded member of society.

Cons

Adjunct professor salaries are on the low side of competitive.

Advice to Management

Continue to look to the community for "been-there" "done-that" people who can provide not only knowledge, but the benefits of their experience and expertise to the students.

I worked at Drexel University full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Able to get tuition remission and great benefits. It is a very fast moving environment. Changing constantly with lot of growth benefits with a huge caveat. See below for the explanation.

    Cons

Way too much politics. if you are within the circle of trust you are good if not you get forgotten you are even there. You can choose to play the game and then you will get promoted and move up.

    Advice to Management

Get rid of the silos. Also give little more power to the middle management and don't let the higher ups take all the credits that other employees deserve.
