Driven Brands is a fast growing company that provides plenty of opportunities for advancing your career. They place a heavy emphasis on their culture of meritocracy and being a fun place to work. Beer Fridays and ping pong tournaments were a regular occurrence when I worked there. Executive leadership was always very accessible and responsive. The employees really are the company’s greatest asset though. I met so many incredible people during my time working here.
Certain departments have to work long hours in order to meet deadlines. The culture isn’t for everyone because it truly is a meritocracy. Parking at the Charlotte office is an ever growing problem.Continue reading

Rapidly growing company, many opportunities to move up if talented, talented leadership team, meritocratic culture, data and fact based decision making, lots of low hanging fruit to improve the company, hard-working technicians that keeps the business running daily, good work / life balance for most departments I love it here personally and think most of the negative reviews are prior to leadership changes and due to COVID layoffs.
Some departments have had higher turnover on already lean teams leading to employee burnout (a factor of the company's growth), executive team can switch priorities frequently and cause disruption of current business plans (which may be good for the business if proper staffing is laid out to cover all priorities, but can frustrate departments / teams), meritocratic culture mostly awards high performers - but has allowed some smooth talkers / bulldog leadership styles into the circle of influence that can bully employeesContinue reading
