Leadership doesn't know what goes on at their feet. Too many "cost cutting" initiatives that quickly die out. Maintenance is in shambles and is behind. The site is literally slowly falling apart. People are given the roles of 2-3 people with no additional benefits and are expected to keep up with the increasing workload. This place will slowly eat your spirit away
