I worked at a norwegian department on the floor. Great work-environment at the plant if you're lucky and end up working with the best teams. Very nurturing environment if you choose to have a genuine interest in your work. Generally high workload but with the correct team everyone helps each other. The shift-plan is one of the best in norway, with the closest to north sea-workplan you can get on-shore
Cons
Some shifts(the one I was the most with) have poor leadership, HR refuse to take care of bullying in the workplace as it's a few people who ruin it for whole teams. Company survey was given to each employee during my time there, the results was horrible but nothing was done with the work-environment to improve.
