    very good pay
    nice co workers
    helps the community

    long hours
    very picky about certain things
    new hires are all contract workers paid well below union rates

    Advice to Management

    as an employee that is also a customer, I would like to see some cost saving measures that would result in a lower power bill for our customers. overspending is rampant in certain areas and the financial waste needs to be stopped.

    Working shift work allows for a lot of time off and flexible schedules. The pay and benefits are second to none.

    Cons

    Swing shifts can wear you down over time if you dont take time off
