The team culture is really great, Team members can be really supportive and makes it enjoyable working with one another.
Cons
Lack of work life balance for contractors. They make you work for years without ever converting you to full time and whenever they feel like they have gotten what they needed from you they kick you out without any notice. I personally felt so disappointed at how they used and dumped me after I released a major project I was working on without even giving me any notice. I was so shocked as this happened just one week after I had a review meeting with my manager and he was congratulating me for a job well done. I used to admire this company before I started working there but now I have such a horrible feeling just thinking of it.
