Strong culture with quarterly reviews processed accross the board. Feedback and a pay for performance culture. In Short Hills, HQ, only the Global Leadership team (17 +) have offices. Everyone else treated equally with the same cubes.

Slash and burn focus on cost and savings. Attempts and talk to change tried over the years but it seems to never change.

    Pros

Great benefits; open door policy for feedback between manager and employee- happens quarterly; great product to sell; very professional and uncapped commissions

i can't think of too many; the only one that stands out is that they consistently make you take tests to apply your learning; this is a good thing but gets a little old

    Advice to Management

keep hiring wonderful people; i love the 360' feedback model and always think i was heard; wish i hadn't left
