D&B is a results-oriented company and driven with leadership which has aggressive goals while driving with empathy

Love the in-take process. I was online within 1 hour of joining the firm. Internal mobility. Empathy across the management team Its focus to move to centralize IT services
Cons
History shows that vertical business units running their own operations and development agenda increases TCO because D&B ends up with many vendors, tools and costs of operations.

Pros
A company that really seems to care about social issues. Ability to work remote. Very laid back environment. Rewarding work. Path to grow career. Lots of training opportunities. A mix of experience in various roles
