I worked at Dunkin' Brands part-time (Less than a year)

Pros

You are given free food and drinks as long as your make them and you do not partake while the store is busy

Cons

Managers tend to be high-strung close minded people who very rarely respect anyone other than themselves.
The store is always busy and the closest thing you can do to hope for a break is to go to the bathroom.

I have been working at Dunkin' Brands full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Pay is very good. Manager is very flexible and reasonable.

    Cons

There are so many people working at one time, however, that one change in how things should be done gets lost in translation. Unfortunately, some workers are immature and will leave their mess for others. Managers try to fix the problem, but again, that miscommunication comes into play.
