Pros

Free donuts and scheduled breaks during shifts, opportunity to interact with other customers and build rapport with customer base in the area.

Cons

Early morning shifts begin at 5am, customers don't tip/are not allowed to accept tips. Very rigid work environment in my particular location

Advice to Management

Hire more qualified people instead of high schoolers who drop out after two weeks and stress out the overall team environment
