    Nice spacious offices, Good benefits package, Small company culture, believable leadership team, good range of employee events, good level of autonomy, trying to listen to staff and improve.

    Location (based in Ealing), training courses need improvement, need greater tranparency on career progression and promotion process, career management resources are limited.
