-Very, very hard job with industry pay lower than average but you get to work in NH and not commute to Boston, so that's a plus -Marketing doesn't do enough to filter leads to sales -Marketing rarely understands how to integrate with sales properly -Marketing often leans on sales to generate interest in marketing initiatives -Currently, the inside business development and lead development team is very small -Message and deliverable are often mis-matched7
