Pros

    Pros

Great people with a great mission.

    Cons

Ownership is a mess. Many reductions have placed a strain on the people and the systems where breakage is beginning to occur.

    Advice to Management

Listen to the people who have been around a while and focus on key areas instead of jumping in all over the place. Have a strategy and stick to it. Try to maintain some continuity of leadership and strategy.
