no advancement based on performance, pay, no rotation to come home on a regular basis. no bonuses,

    Pros

    Depending on the job or contract. Its good pay, checks came in on time. If I had a problem HR was there to help me solve it

    Cons

    a lot for the work is contract and when it up. They don't help you find another one you have to reapply

    Advice to Management

    CYA you know what that mean. If not don't get in Management
