No stable Senior Leadership, Lack of Standard Operating Procedures, Procurement System Slow and Outdated

Senior Directors should have hands on experience in the type of work being completed by subordinates

    I have been working at DynCorp International full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    Multiudes of different equipment to work on, and write new NDI Techiques. I never know what is going to come through my doors.

    Cons

    Lack of training incentives to progress, to learn more, at least new currnet techniques To many individuals carrying the administrative load of people in higher places, preventing the artisians to progress.

    Advice to Management

    A little more discipline with consequences is needed across the board. If you lead by example people will respect you, and they will follow.
