I have been working at DynCorp International as a contractor (More than 3 years)

Pros

I have learnt alot and more new things that has boosted much in my exprience and in my career objective..

Cons

Challenges are in plenty but i have tried to cope with the situation.It has been hot and cold,out family sight but all has been well to me.

Advice to Management

I am entitled to work at any enviroment and at very low minimum supervisor.

    Competitive pay and benefits. Opportunities for various positions in different locations.

    Cons

    Management is distant and does not have a clear view of the real life work issues.

    Advice to Management

    Needs two way equal communication and to repair the serious lack of resources.

    Great way to challenge yourself and create new relationships with a broad range of different cultures and feel good about your daily accomplishments.

    Cons

    Minimal downsides, my worst downside is being away from love ones.
