      Pros

      The pay is still higher than most positions in el paso of the same skill set.

      Cons

      as far as contractor work goes, the pay is on the low end. Provided benefits will cost you a third of your pay check. Supervision is fifty fifty on getting a competent supervisor or not. Will get laid off soon after hire due to poor hiring schedules.

        Learning and Development Specialist

        I feel like this interviewing over one-way video is stopping me from further evaluation. If I have been interviewed in person or via two-way video interview, I have always received the position or at very least an offer. However, when given one-way video interviews I have never received a second interview or offer. Does anyone else feel this is a issue?
