Pros

Salary was above average and offices were clean, well-kept. Overall competence and motivation of employees is good. Bottom Line: They pay well, but part of that is because they are negotiated into contracts.

Cons

Controller overrules other departments by cutting their budgets.
Zero corporate governance.
All decisions made in Falls Church, FW seen as backwater..

Advice to Management

Be careful that you don't end up on the front page of the WSJ again, people might not be so forgiving.
