      Pros

      The graduate scheme at EON is brilliant. Loads of experience, support, extra exposure, meaningful projects etc. There is a good atmosphere in the workplace, he benefits package is good, and they pay well.

      Cons

      The organization is quite bureaucratic and very structured. The offices are not at the best locations and are not particularly nice or well provisioned. Some of the services (hospitality, IT) feel like they have been done on the cheap.

      Pros

      Nice colleagues, fast paced environment. Industry can be quite challenging, complex I'd say.

      Cons

      Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
