Pros

Opportunities and people coupled with the variety of work. Some great people wanting to make a difference. Flexible benefits on offer in some places.

Cons

The Company seems to have lost its way in recent years. No clear direction or focus. Change can take ages and often doesn't address the real issues.

Advice to Management

The German organisation needed sorting years ago. The current position has been hampered by weak management making poor decisions and dodging the real challenges.

    Big company - small individual. Buisy days, lots of work. Many guidelines in company policy. Fossil energy is soon a thing of the past...

    Advice to Management

    Help people build their own decentralized solar wind and geothermal plants! Hook it up to your grid and buy back excess or discount your comission.
