Pros

Relaxed environment allows you to balance personal life and work. If you put forth the extra effort, you will have select oppurtunities for advancement.

Cons

Little communication from top down. Low pay creates high turnover. Often becomes a case of being well liked vs. skilled. Lack of redunency at some positions means working odd hours from time to time.

Advice to Management

Pay your team a little more and watch the talent level increase.

    Pros

    Benefits are okay, policies are fine, work tools are not bad, knowledge sharing system is good, working remotely or from home facilities are okay.

    Cons

    Compensation is bad, managers lack some skills like communication skills, annual raises suck, no innovation or creativity encouragement, limited vision.

    Pay employees well

    Pros

    This is an inbound call center--not very glamorous work, but the company knows this is a realatively lousy job and doesn't try to sugar-coat it.

    Cons

    constant turn over between etrade, morgan stanley, wells, and fidelity. if you want a promotion, you have to walk across the street to another firm.

    Advice to Management

    Get a handle of the revolving door between Wells, ETrade, Morgan Stanley and Fidelity. Create a career path for advancement
