Great leadership with the opportunity to have your voice heard on important matters Company branding is solid and built through industry known names across varying verticals Vision and goals are clearly shared which makes it easier to align on USPs and deliverables
Cons
Wouldn't call it a con but this is an environment for go-getters and people who want to constantly keep learning. It does get challenging in an environment with no structure but the energy and push of everyone around is refreshing.
