    I worked at ECC Japan

    Pros

The management team in charge of supervising the foreign language instructors were incredibly helpful with the moving process. They listened to all comments or concerns the employees had regarding work, and were always on your side. If you are comfortable living in an environment very different from your own, and are interested in teaching abroad in Japan, ECC is one of the best schools to work for.

    Cons

When you first join their company and begin working, expect to be sent to several different schools in the region. Even when you are given your own permanent schedule, you will likely be working at between 2-5 different schools around your area.

I worked at ECC Japan part-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

The pay is standard as a language school teacher, but very good if working directly for the corporate relations division, University classes offer a good amount of creativity and flexibility in making lessons.

    Cons

Minor issues can be be blown out of proportion. Working in the language schools can be dull and draining, do to the lesson materials and the system for teaching them.
