    Pros

Good benefits. Were very supportive of my good work, after giving me the axe.

    Cons

I was working there in Afghanistan, on my 6th month, when they came to me and told me they were replacing me with two Philipine Engineers, to save money. Yep, they saved money, and paid me for 30 days while I found a new job, which I REALLY appreciated. but I heard the project went south after I left.

    Advice to Management

If the government is reimbursing you $150, and you replace him with two making $30 each, you DON"T SAVE that money! the government doesn't give you the difference!
