Pros

Good training opportunities if you have time to take advantage of it. There are a lot to learn in this large company. The benefits are above average compared to similar sized company.

Cons

Large company red tape can hinder some progress. There seem to be some secrecy on plans, direction and workforce changes; not transparent enough in some cases.

Advice to Management

Encourage more autonomy among employees to do more proactive projects.

A lot of execs stills stuck with the manufacturing mentality. Vision of CEO is not translated into deliverables and goals correctly.
Management resistant about flexible hours, but this varies drastically across the departments

    Advice to Management

Need more external hires into management to change the outlook of daily operations
