    Pros

    -A strong group in sales and sales engineering
    -Good regional managment
    -Great potential when working with other EMC divisions
    -Excellent client access

    Cons

    -Documentum failing as a platform
    -Awful quality control
    -Customer support (in IIG) poor
    -Amateur marketing

    Advice to Management

    -Combine IIG professional services and customer support with Core EMC PS and Customer Support
    -Get Documentum back on track
    -Stop wasting time on acquisitions that are not working or really give them the support necessary
