    Company on average is a good place to work with good work/life balance. Middle management is receptive to feedback and treat employees well.

    Cons

    The senior leadership in the IIG division lacks experience to lead the organization. The strategy is flawed and changes on a whim.

    Get a visionary to lead the technical strategy, take accountability for the decisions, hire competent marketing personnel and invest in the product.

    Lesser bias and encourage new ideas. Reduce the importance over the hierarchy in the organization and make exceptions to the legacy rules for talent discovered.
